These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CeletelPay website at celetel.io (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
CeletelPay is the payment hardware division of Celetel (“CeletelPay”, “we”, “us”). Our registered business address and regional offices are listed on our contact page.
You may browse the Site for lawful business and personal research purposes. You agree not to use the Site to attempt to probe, scan or test its vulnerability, breach security or authentication, interfere with other users, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site that is not published as open source.
All content on the Site — including text, photography, product renders, logos, the CeletelPay name and the Celetel name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share short quotations with attribution under fair-use or fair-dealing principles, but you may not reproduce substantial portions of the Site in commercial materials without prior written permission.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product specifications on the Site are accurate, but we reserve the right to change hardware specifications, firmware versions, certifications and availability without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell any product at a particular price or in a particular market — commercial terms are set out in the applicable order form signed with our sales team.
The Site may link to third-party sites for reference. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those sites.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence), we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Site is limited to INR 10,000.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
